Sitting in customary repose, the Judiciary postures toward stately, distinguished legal authority. Instead, the lopsided court reads as theocratic cult — precedent and constitutional law bent to serve it. Allegiance runs only to the well-connected and well-funded. Public concern and protection arrive as afterthoughts, if they arrive at all. A void at their feet distorts the flag.
